Reuben Kabantiyok is a humanitarian and a sustainable environment enthusiast. He is a metallurgical engineer by training; has acquired various professional training both home and abroad. He is a registered engineer with over 11 years' work experience cutting across the education, banking and engineering sector. In 2017, Reuben saw an endemic problem in our community: the indiscriminate disposal of waste which has serial effects on our health. In response, founded Shared Humanity Foundation, an NGO committed to building and empowering individuals and communities to offer sustainable solutions to community based challenges in the area of ENVIRONMENT, HEALTH and EMPOWERMENT as well as mobilizing SUPPORT for the poor and needy; provides practical MENTORSHIP opportunities to children and youths through education, sensitization, training, and advocacy. This he believes will instill positive attitudinal and behavioral change for sustainable impact.
Reuben is committed to raising a generation of children and youths to help uphold our shared humanity. He is a recipient of Global Goodwill Ambassador Award for humanitarian, Thankswing Goodwill Ambassador Award and Kwara State National Youth Service Corp Merit Award on his contribution to community development.
